Convenient location, great ocean view, and plenty of room make this 6th floor, corner unit an excellent accommodation for a family or small group of 6. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a window A/C, access to the large lanai, and an ocean view. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers. The living room features a flat-screen TV, window A/C, couch, two recliners, lanai access, and an ocean view. The dining table provides seating for six.
The kitchen is stocked with major appliances, cookware, dining & glassware, groceries and spices are not supplied.
There is a full-size washer & dryer for your convenience. Free high-speed WIFI & cable TV. Relax, watch whales, or just enjoy the shade on your double lanai. The rooftop has grills and seating for dining with an amazing view. Kamaole Beach 1 is just across the street. If you want a break from the beach, the pool is a perfect place to enjoy the sun and take a dip. There is covered storage for bikes and surf/paddle boards.
Conveniently located, famous, white sand beaches, tasty restaurants, activities, and shops are all nearby. World-class golf courses are a short drive away. If you want to explore the area, venture just across the road to idyllic Kamaole Beaches 1, 2, 3, or Charley Young Beach or Cove Park. The Cove is the place to take surfing lessons or watch others enjoying the waves. There's a park and plenty of restaurants and shopping in either direction. You can stroll along the scenic Wailea Beach Walk, down the coast to Wailea Point. There are plenty of options to enjoy your vacation in Maui.
A starter supply of soaps(hotel size) and paper products is provided. Guests are responsible for providing products for their stay after the initial supply is depleted.
Check-in time is 4 PM Check out is 11 AM.
If your flight arrives before noon, or your departure flight is later than noon, we suggest you purchase an additional day for your convenience.
Minimum required age of 25 for primary renter.
Maximum occupancy 6 Adults & 2 children 12 or under.
The sofa bed is for up to 2 children 12 or under. Not for adult use.
$25 per guest per night for each guest after 6 guests
We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

Great location, loved the lanai, very clean! The only issue we had was there is one allotted parking space and we had 2 cars, and there is nowhere nearby with legal overnight parking. There are two window ac units, in the living unit and the master bedroom, so the other bedrooms can get a little warm with the doors and windows closed but with windows open at night it was fine.

Nice ocean view in Kihei. Walkable to many restaurants, beaches, and stores. Beautiful sunsets from balcony or rooftop grill area, or walk across the street to the beach. Everyone we met who was staying in the building or were regulars were all very friendly

The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of businesses and the beach. This particular condo and building was really quiet which was nice. The unit was clean and the view is absolutely stunning. My only complaint is how hot the bedrooms got, particularly the room when you walk in to the left. Even with multiple fans going, there were a few nights that it was stuffy and unbearable. My poor toddler woke up sweating and cranky. Leaving the bedroom door open during the day helped a lot, as did opening the windows if the temperature got cool enough. It really needs an AC unit in there. Otherwise this is a great place to stay and I would stay here again if we went back. I’d just pick a different bedroom

Amazing view from the 3 bedroom unit. Walk to the beach in less than a minute. Great place to spend a family holiday. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and prep for beach snacks. We loved our time here.

Condo was in a great location and was close to restaurants and local shopping. Views were great and sitting on the lanai was perfect for relaxing. Space was spacious and we had plenty of room for our little family. Home was equipped with everything we needed. I will say the views and sunsets are well worth renting this place. The only drawback is the place is not super updated but the views are why you stay here. Walking distance to the beaches.

This place was amazing! It was very true to what was described in the description. Location was close to the beach, local hot spots and shopping. Also, it came furnished with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and much more! I have already recommended this condo to family and friends looking to hit up Maui. 10/10 recommend.

Maui Roost was a pleasant, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay with an excellent view of the water and mountain at all times of the day. It was easy to find and located in a part of Kihei accessible to multiple restaurants as well as a stone's throw from the beach. The condo itself was clean with many useful amenities. For our family of four, this was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to visit again soon.

We had a great first time in Maui and our stay had many amenities that made us feel at home. We had a small issue with the toilet at the beginning, but Julie was quick to respond and had someone fix it within that day. We will definitely be back.

Walking distance to a great beach with amazing snorkeling and kids friendly! Enjoyed the pool as well. Nice location, very beautiful from the balcony and loved the BBQ section up top! It does get warm in the back two rooms, so that is something to note. We enjoyed our stay!

We really could not have had a better accommodation and location to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The unit very comfortably fit our party of 6 adults and 1 toddler, and was a few minutes' walking distance to the beach--which we took advantage of every morning! Beach chairs and towels are provided, another great point. The location is major: Kihei really has its own energy, separate from the noisier, busier resort areas. It was great to be able to walk to the great little eateries across the street, the ABC Store around the corner, and more up and down Kihei Rd. And the view from this unit cannot be beat--views of Lānaʻi, Kahoʻolawe, and the Molokini Crater. Either for the gorgeous mornings or the sunsets, sitting on the balcony and drinking it all in was another special part of our stay. Mahalo to Maui Roost--we can't wait to come back!

This was our 4th Air B&B experience on Maui and was by far the best location. The condo is literally right across the street from Kamaole 1 beach, with great snorkeling about 100 yards to the left, paddle boarding every morning, fun waves for boogie boarding, and beautiful sand beaches. We left the house around 7am to enjoy the smooth water each day and returned each evening to a comfortable retreat for the 6 of us. Food was readily available from a variety of restaurants, but the kids really enjoyed evening gelato right across the street. Both Boss Frog and Snorkel Bobs are just across the street, both of which have all the toys a family could need. We appreciated the beach chairs at the condo and the beach towels.
This is a great place to call home on Maui! Our only complaint was that the trade winds didn’t cooperate and several nights remained in the 80’s ‘til way past midnight. The AC didn’t cool the back rooms too well, but we managed. Would love to stay here again!

It was a perfect location at a great price. We could watch whales from the balcony as well as view sunrises and sunsets. The beach is right across the street and most everything you need is within walking distance. The size of the condo was perfect for our family and contained most everything that we needed. We had a great time visiting Maui!

This place had plenty of room for our family of four. It was clean and comfortable. The host provided good communication and was very responsive. Although this condo and its furnishings are dated, the location made the experience for us. Everything is within easy walking distance: restaurants, grocery stores, gelato, and the beach (Kamaole I right across the street). We thoroughly enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the lanai, the gorgeous ocean views, and watching the sunset from the park. The area surrounding the condo is busy during the day, with lots of bustling activity and traffic noise, but you can still hear the waves crashing on the shore -- amazing to fall asleep and wake up to. The condo is an end unit on the 6th floor, so there's virtually no noise from neighboring condos. This was our first trip to Maui, and definitely enjoyed our stay in Kihei.

Great place. Easy to walk to few beaches and restaurants. Easy to get in love the key pad. Smaller elevator but it was nice they had carts to help with getting items upstairs. Wish the kitchen had some Tupperware or baggies but understandable. Beds were comfortable!! Lots of nice space.

We were 4 grandparents, 2 parents and one 17month old staying in this lovely 3 bedroom condo. We were amazed that there was very little noise between the condos. It had a more than adequate living room and dining area with enough seating for 6 and a baby. The condo was very clean. And comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances, (thank goodness for a large fridge and freezer and a standard dishwasher). Everything we needed was there for preparing meals and snacks. We felt it was a very good price for the value and the wonderful view that we got from the 6th floor every day. Coffee on the lanai in the morning, relaxing on the lanai at night was magical. We also appreciated all the beach accessories provided, including snorkeling stuff, a boogie board and sand toys for our little one.
Communication between Maui Roost and us was fast and very easy. Julie was right on every question we had. Any other question was answered by the black binder that had condo information, WiFi info, restaurants, things to do or see and beaches, contact numbers for emergencies. Adequate parking, we never had a problem. The checkin and checkout was easy (especially if one actually reads the very clear instructions and passes that info on to the other 5 people!)
We definitely would stay again and recommend it to all our friends.

Beautiful view, close great beach! You can find all you need in this place. Just one thing: other 2 rooms don’t have air conditioning, so in the afternoon it was really hot there. Fans helped only at night.

Nice condo. Excellent location. Awesome view. We had 3 couples staying there, it was the Perfect size. My only complaint is there was only one bedroom and the living room with air conditioning, the other 2 bedrooms had fans but it was very stuffy.
