At ocean's edge, a spacious lawn, complete with lounge chairs and tables provides an ideal setting to bask in the warmth, look for turtles and whales, catch up on reading or work on your tan. The six story building has a central elevator and stairways at each end.
The master bedroom offers a spacious King bed, flat screen TV and an updated, private bath. Wake to an ocean view from your bed.
A Queen and Twin bed in the second bedroom allow this unit to easily accommodate up to 5 guests. The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, which gives guests in both bedrooms privacy. Both bathrooms feature new vanities and stone counters.

The fully remodeled kitchen features stone counters, new cabinets and appliances. Equipped with all major appliances and essentials you'll feel at home. The open design allows easy interaction between kitchen, dining, living area and the lanai. Enjoy spectacular views while you prep meals and beverages. Plenty of seating options, outside dining for four, causal seating for three at the counter or four at the dining table inside.
The living room and both bedrooms provide flat screen TV with expanded cable channels.

A washer and dryer are located in front hall closet of the unit for your convenience.
This unit does not have A/C. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and main living area. Open the lanai doors and let the ocean breeze cool the condo.
Provided for guest use are 4 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, a beach umbrella and a small cooler.
There are 2 gas grills and a pool on property for guest use.
Parking for one vehicle is provided and unassigned

The condo is in a beautiful location. The condo is right on the ocean flanked by two great beaches. There is great snorkeling right outside the condo where we saw beautiful fish, sea turtles and even an octopus. There were 2 boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella to use on the beach. We have 3 children and the room set ups worked well. The unit does not have AC (as listed) but it was not an issue this time of year given the cooler nights. They did have plenty of fans in the unit to help as well. The lawn by the beach is nice - we had happy hour there and played a card game most evenings. We did not really use the pool given the beach access was so easy. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to.

When we arrived on Maui, we were told by our original management company (CB Islands) that the condo we had booked months ago was not available and they didn’t have a suitable replacement. We contacted Maui Roost and they found us a perfect place that was actually better than what the other company had booked for us.
They were extremely helpful and really cared about our situation.
We will go with Maui Roost in the future because they are a local business that cares about their clients and not a corporation that couldn’t care less.

This property was perfect for our stay in Maui. The photos really don’t do the condo justice… the views are incredible. The area was great for grabbing food, hiring snorkels, surfing and shopping. We had everything we needed.

Our family of four had a great four nights in Kamole Nalu #504. The unit couldn’t have been in a better location - amazing ocean views from the living room/kitchen and primary bathroom. The unit itself was very comfortable, and the new bed in the primary bedroom was super comfortable. The kitchen was pretty tight, but we didn’t cook much while there so that wasn’t a problem. The parking spaces in the lot were also pretty tight, but we found that to be the case in most parking lots on Maui. Kamole Nalu is across the street from a great little shopping center that has a lot of food choices, a general store, liquor store, etc. Communication leading up to arrival was great, and check in was very easy. When we got settled we noticed that a couple of light bulbs were burned out and there were only two beach towels, but the property manager addressed those small issues right away, so no big deal. We would definitely stay here again!!!

A fantastic location! Well stocked with everything you need and lots of local spots for food, groceries and beach rentals. There is no air conditioning, but considering the design of the building ( all windows louvre open and a huge patio door onto the balcony) this place is very comfortable with the wind blowing through, and several fans. Add the waves crashing into the rocks as your nighttime sleep track, rarely slept better. Hope to come back and stay again!!!

Location, location, location! You can't go wrong with the location. The property sits on the 5th floor with amazing views of the beach and Pacific Ocean. From the balcony, we were able to view whales breaching and sea turtles popping up for air in the reef just below. There is everything you need within a 2 mile radius: restaurants, grocery stores, rentals, etc. We did not venture out of Kihei and were there to enjoy the property and surrounding area. We spent our mornings in the ocean on rented paddle boards (Auntie Snorkel - literally across the street) and kayaks (Maui Ocean Rental - they deliver and pick up) and our afternoons on the beach. It is definitely whale season, we had countless up close viewings of the whales from our paddle boards/kayaks. It was magical. The property itself was nice. From your property, you walk down to the grass/courtyard with the beach just steps away. The unit was clean and had everything we required from beach chairs to housewares needed to make a quick meal. I will say for the premium we paid, the unit itself is a bit outdated. I would, however, absolutely consider returning.

This unit is all about the view! 180 degrees of beaches, ocean, and palm trees! The 800sf was just enough for my wife and two kids. The kitchen is "efficient" and perfect for breakfast before exploring the island.

Excellent view and location. This is a perfect condo for families of all ages. The beach is right outside your door, snorkeling and swimming with turtles each day, BBQ, etc. So much fun. We will definitely be returning.

We loved this spot! We came for 5 days and only left once. We had plenty to do with the perfect beach, incredible snorkeling, and paddle boards rented across the street. The layout of this little place is great, our kids were on the other side of the unit with their own bathroom. If you’ve got bigger kids, you can easily keep an eye on them at the pool or the beach from the lanai. We loved the fish tacos from Coconuts and the breakfast sandos and coffee from the Cinnamon Roll place. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Maui Roost!

Great place! The condo was clean, neat and tidy, an over all comfortable space. The host, Julie, was very helpful and accommodating. We really appreciated her quick responses to our questions prior to arrival. She made our pre-planning and check in super easy. Great waterfront location right on the beach! We loved the view out the big glass doors of Kamaole Beach 2 and seeing whales from the lanai. Great sunset views from the lanai as well. We also saw turtles below every day we were there. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves at night was soothing to us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely fantastic location! Gorgeous sandy beaches on both sides and an amazing coral reef to snorkel out front with dozens of sea turtles. Across the street are excellent takeout restaurants, convenience stores, snorkel rental, and the best cinnamon rolls ever! Our family has been vacationing the past 7 years in Maui and this is our favorite so far.

This condo was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. The views and oceanfront location were perfect. We loved watching the turtles from the lanai. It was a short easy walk to the beach and the condo had all the gear we needed for the beach. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here and I have 3 teenage boys! Right across the street is shaved ice, restaurants, a general store and beach gear rental company. We walked over and rented paddle boards for a morning, so convenient. Only a mile away are 2 great shopping plazas with amazing restaurants and shops. Maui Roost was very easy to work with and their communication was flawless. We travel as a family a lot and this is one of the best places we have ever stayed. I highly recommend this unit.

A magical place and location. Second time at this location (Kamaole Nalu 506) and will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath is ideal for a couple wanting to get away, a small family or friends heading to Maui. The condo is fully ready with a full kitchen, living room and even a washer dryer., but you'll spend most your time while in the condo on the lanai.
The location could not be better with a beach, literally steps form the building. And the views, breathtaking! Across the street are several shops and restaurants with everything from great breakfast spots to happy hour.

This condo had the most amazing view; truly spectacular. The afternoon breeze was really great. The week we were there was very warm and the nights didn’t have much of a breeze. We were fully aware the unit only had fans, but wished there was a way to have it a bit cooler in the bedrooms, especially when the curtains were pulled. That said, did I mention the view? It definitely made up for the warm bedrooms. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen with more than we could have ever needed. The in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. We also loved that we could be on a beautiful beach in a matter of minutes and use the unit’s chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Super convenient for a relaxing beach day. We walked the beach and swam in the ocean daily. Also, the location was perfect with excellent restaurants and shops across the street. We loved our stay here and had a fabulous vacation because of it.
