Wailea Ekahi 45C received a total, high-end, remodel completed in the summer of 2022 and is set amidst lush tropical gardens - a perfect retreat for a couple.
This spacious condo, with 795 sq ft of interior and 225 sq ft main patio, boasts high quality, top branded, Italian furniture, 2 split ACs, 3 ceiling fans, 2 wall-mounted smart TVs (65-inch & 55-inch ), remote controlled Hunter-Douglas shades, convenient closet system, and adjustable lighting throughout, to set the mood for relaxation.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all stainless steel Viking appliances and ample storage. The bedroom features two plush queen beds and a small patio.
A slightly raised, private (corner) main patio is furnished with premium Italian Artie furniture, and provides stunning lush garden views, the rolling greenbelt, and even a slice of ocean view from the main patio, creating an ideal setting for an amazing Hawaii vacation. The furniture is so comfortable you'll find it an optimal spot to read a book, take a nap or simply take in the scenery. Just a short 1 minute walk across the grass to one of Wailea Ekahi's four refreshing swimming pools, it may become your favorite!
Wailea Ekahi is a 34-acre beachfront community and 45C is about a 7-minute walk to the main Pavilion & Pool and the gated access to a popular pristine white sandy beach, Keawakapu Beach. For your convenience, when heading to the beach, the condo has been stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, and a rolling wheeled cooler.
Wailea Ekahi offers four swimming pools, a new beachfront pavilion with a kitchen, gas grills, and wi-fi. Tennis and shuffleboard and lounge chairs are available for your enjoyment.
An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience and free wi-fi, cable tv and phone-free calls to US & Canada help you feel right at home.

A starter kit of soaps, paper products, and trash bags is provided.
When the supplies are gone, guests are responsible for purchasing supplies for the remainder of their stay.
The condo's location is quiet, private, and away from possible noise from pools, parking, and trash areas. However, due to the possibility of construction noise in the neighborhood, the nightly rate is currently discounted.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide you with the below protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
The SafelyStay, Inc Trust and Safety Fee include up to $5,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage or accidental property damage. Neighborhood description
South Maui is known for many of the best beaches on the island. Wailea is home to some of the most spectacular homes on Maui, luxury resorts, 5 -star restaurants, and The Shops of Wailea, which features island-style shops - designer brands. Maui is home to 14 golf courses, (several of which are ranked at or near the top of the “world's best” lists) designed by noted course architects and golfing luminaries such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw. The South Maui Beach Walk extends from Charley Young Beach (which is north of Wailea Ekahi) to Wailea Point ( to the south). It is a lovely 3-mile walk along the coast and easily accessed through the private gate to Keawakapu, at the Pavilion.
Getting around
One unreserved parking space is available. The parking permit is located in the condo book inside the unit. Please fill out the permit and hang the top portion from the rearview mirror when on the Wailea Ekahi Village property. Complete the middle section and turn it into the office, located in 18B.
Beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities are within walking distance. There is a South Maui Shuttle that covers Wailea to central Kihei if you prefer to ride instead of walk or drive.

We had a great stay and would recommend this place. The unit was very private and peaceful (w the exception of the occasional obnoxiously loud car driving by). Gorgeous grounds. 2 min to nice pool and 10 min walk to a nice beach. Super comfy beds, incl the sofa bed. Very nice appliances, furniture. Well stocked kitchen.

Wow- the apartment was so great that you don't actually have to add anything to the description anymore. Everything was just right: the amenities ( especially the kitchen!!!), the location, the parking ( free, a few steps to the apartment), the great terrace ( you hardly want to leave it),
comfortable beds (2!),….
The technical equipment of the apartment is also noteworthy: electric blinds, air conditioning, fans, kitchen appliances- everything is in perfect condition.
The nearest pool( one of four) is only 2min away.
We were very grateful for the beach equipment (wagons, chairs, umbrella, beach towels), as well as washer and dryer.
The whole residential complex is beautiful 🤩
We felt very comfortable and were reluctant to leave.
All communication with Maui Roost was informative and friendly from the beginning.
We would book the apartment again at any time.

We loved staying at Wailea Ekahi 45c. The pavilion and automated blinds were great. We had an amazing time on Maui and could easily find groceries, shopping, surf lessons, and snorkeling nearby. We attended a wedding at nearby Hotel Wailea and felt Ekahi was an ideal location. For a first time visitor, the apartment building can be challenging to find, so consult a map of the apartment complex beforehand if you're concerned about that.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Well furnished and beautiful property. Only concerns were the road noise. The condo boarders a busy road. Also about a half mile walk to the beach. It was downhill which wasn’t too bad. However, going back to the condo, it’s a steep hill and somewhat difficult to carry all the beach supplies.

Every detail, from the modern design to the well-appointed kitchen with high-quality appliances, was thoughtfully curated. We were particularly grateful for the beach essentials—towels, chairs, and a cooler—readily available for our use. The outdoor area is a serene spot, offering picturesque views of the lush village grounds and a tantalizing glimpse of the ocean. The condo's elevated location, while requiring a bit of a walk uphill, is perfectly situated for a leisurely stroll to The Shops of Wailea, a premier destination for shopping and dining. The village’s exceptional pavilion, pool, and beach access were standout features, and we found ourselves spending most of our leisure time there. This condo is a Wailea gem—comfortable, convenient, and utterly charming. Highly recommended!

Great place! Tastefully airy modernly decorated and sparkling clean. The surroundings are great. Supermarket and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beach (fine sandy, clean, clear water, few people) can be reached quickly and easily through a small walk through the beautiful complex. A dream! Would we stay closer we would always come back here.

We loved this condo! Very modern, clean, and beautiful resort grounds. One of the pools was so close and convenient, and much less busy than the lower main pool. Other reviews had mentioned road noise, so we were a little nervous - however it was not bad in my opinion at all! We hung out on the patio every day and were never bothered by it. Great spot if you'd like to actually do some cooking in the kitchen as well, it was fully stocked and ready. Definitely recommend!

If you're thinking of taking a trip to Maui, this is a great place to stay! Beautiful maintained condo and surrounding grounds. A couple minute walk down to the beach and amazing pool and pavilion area. The condo comes stocked with beach equipment and coolers which is a must have! The condo is also near great restaurants and shopping with only a few minutes walk down the street. A definite repeat when we come back to Maui again!

Fantastic Airbnb! Looks exactly like the listing, even better if that. The ocean view is actually greater in person than the pictures posted. We loved the updated amenities, private location, easy access to restaurants, beaches, and pools. The AC worked extremely well and was quiet which was important to us. The unit is located at the top of a hill to get down to the main pool/beach which is the only downside to walk back up but you have the quiet pool right outside the apartment. Exactly what we wanted and what was shown in the listing. Will be coming back here!

This is a really beautiful place, inside and out. It was all sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. Everything was high end and looked brand new. It seems like a very recent remodel. The patio was so nice to hang out on even when it was rainy. The grounds were amazing with different gorgeous plants everywhere you looked. The pools were all nice but the main pool area was amazing. Maui Roost was easy to communicate with and very responsive and friendly. We would love to stay again.

We loved our stay at Maui Roost! Just a couple minutes away from the Shops at Wailea and a market where we we picked up spam musubis and snacks on the go. A couple of great restaurants at the center as well. It’s right by the ocean, and we made the most of it! We were very comfortable during our stay and can honestly say that we had no complaints. I’d stay here again.

My wife and I had an incredible week in Maui, our unit 45c had just been remodeled and was beautiful and clean . Julie from Maui Roost happened to be there when we arrived and was very helpful. We were at the top end of the complex so a little walk to the main pool and beach area but nothing significant. Beautiful lanai for apres beach . Really an ideal location in the middle of all of the best beach’s.
We walked to restaurants at the Fairmont, and Four Seasons all near by either along the beach or sidewalk along the road. Great snorkeling and swimming and beautiful sunsets.
We will be back !
