Excellent location! A short walk across the road to the white sands of famous Kamaole Beach II. Restaurants, shops, and activities are all nearby. Each bedroom offers King beds, A/C, TVs, and an en-suite bathroom. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home. Seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the kitchen island. Enjoy dining or relaxing outside on lanai w/seating for 4. Both updated bathrooms have walk-in showers. The ground floor unit provides an extra roomy lanai.
The main living area has an a/c and a tv. Bring your own streaming device to watch your favorite shows. Free: wi-fi, cable, in-unit laundry, parking, and long distance to US & Canada for your convenience.
The lanai is an ideal location for starting your day, outdoor dining, or watching the sunset in the evening.
Convenient access to the pool, hot tub, and BBQ grills.
We provide two beach chairs, two beach towels, per bedroom and a beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach toys (boogie boards, snorkel gear..) are not provided. Previous guests may leave them behind for you to use at your own risk.
Maui Banyan features two pools with jacuzzi spas, gas grills, and tennis courts for registered guest use. Soft, golden sand, tranquil blue water with rhythmic waves, make South Maui one of the most popular areas on the island. Kamaole Beach II is just across the street. Kamaole Beach I & III, The Cove, and Keawakapu beaches are a short walk from Maui Banyan. You can start at Kamaole Beach II and walk along the beach and some areas of paved path to Wailea Point.
If guests are content to stay in the Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport. Once here, Kihei has moped, bike rentals, and some local shuttle services as well as the Maui bus.
Other things to note:
Sofa bed available for children 12 & under. Not recommended for adult use.
Please read through the condo book upon arrival, it has rules and regulations for the property.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent is provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to replenish items for the remainder of your stay.
Quiet hours are 10 pm- 8 am.
No items can be hung on the lanai.
No wet/damp items on furniture.
No sunscreen/lotion/self-tanner is allowed on furniture, linens, or towels.
No animals allowed in unit - can result in a fine or eviction.
No smoking in unit, or on lanai- $250 fine +$500 smoke removal treatment for the unit. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated smoking areas on the property

Great location. Across the street from the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. The four beach chairs, towels, and a boogie board was very appreciated by our family. Even though the unit is on the bottom floor it was quiet and we did not hear guests from the unit above.
Maui Roost’s pre checkin directions were impressive with many listings of local restaurants and things to do. They were quick to supply a new iron when we found the one in our condo was no longer working. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great place to stay! Will be back. Have stayed in Kihei many times at different condo locations and this has so far been the best. Literally right across the street from Kamaole Beach 2. Very easy for the family to go back and forth. 2 bedrooms are nice size. Kitchen was convenient for cooking and eating in on some days.

Very nice unit, great location, very easy walk to the beach, pool, restaurants and other amenities. The unit is in good condition, with nice and comfortable furnishings and amenities. We enjoyed the partial ocean view from the living room and lanai. The property manager is very responsive, too.

It was great vacation for our family, especially for our kids. Condo is very big, even for 4 adults and two very active kids (6 yo and 1 yo). The best beach Kamaole 2 is so close, we enjoyed walking to the beach every day. we enjoyed the wonderful view from our window. The weather was so nice, we didn’t use conditioner, and tried to safe some electricity. Thanks for hospitality.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Maui Roost for 8 days. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, if you forgot anything you could run back to the condo no problem. Easy to find. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc. Love the Maui Banyan complex. I don’t think you could pick a better location. My only heads up would be not to put an adult on the fold out couch. The mattress was not very comfortable. Fine for a 50lb kid but nothing more. Could use a fresh mattress to fix that! Overall would recommend and we would return!

Right across from kam II which is a great beach offering snorkeling. The photos may make it appear to be noisy and close to s. Kihei road but it’s actually enough off the road to be quiet but can still see the ocean from the lanai. The lanais(yes there are 2). Have great views. The pool area also has a hot tub. Updated kitchen and appliances. New chairs for all as well as an umbrella. First floor lanai is nice.

Stayed here for a week. The condo was large, bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and the washer dryer was a huge bonus. Located walking distance from shops and food and directly across from the beach. The snorkeling at the beach was pretty good. We saw two sea turtles while hanging out in the waves. Easy access in and out with plenty of parking. The reserved spot is a bit tight if you have a large rental vehicle, but you are allowed to park in other non-reserved spots.
We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, great amenities and hope to return again. While I was nervous about being on the 1st floor we had ocean views and are actually raised from street-level so it felt private and secluded.
Kitchen was well stocked and the place was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location across from a family friendly beach!

This was a gorgeous little condo right next to the beach! The kids loved that it had a pool for when the waves were too big to play in the ocean. Close to great restaurants, good shops and beautiful beaches. We would absolutely stay here again!!

I really love how spacious, quiet, very clean this place is. The 2 king size beds and 2 bathrooms are a plus. It has everything we needed, beach mat, beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen, etc. I will definitely come back. It’s the cheapest I could find at last minute for a two bedroom Airbnb.

This place is slightly better than advertise it's close to the beach and restaurants it also has AC units in each bed room and it also come with snorkeling gear and a cooler in the closet. I will stay again
