Conveniently located, Kihei's best beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities are all nearby. After a day of exploring Maui, this condo is an inviting retreat. The couch is ideal for relaxing or watching your favorite show on the large-screen tv. The bedroom features a spacious king bed, A/C, TV, and a private, remodeled bath with a walk-in shower. If you want to enjoy a meal at home, the kitchen provides all the tools for preparation and dining.
This unit is a perfect vacation home for a couple. There's a Murphy bed and 2nd bathroom for an additional adult guest.
Cable TV, Wifi with speed capabilities of 272.2MBPs, full size, in-unit laundry, beach chairs, and towels, a starter kit of soaps & paper products, and assigned parking are all provided for your convenience. This property is not suitable for children.
Registration with the Kamaole Sands front desk is Required. A Resort Fee of $40+tax is charged upon arrival.
Neighborhood description
South Maui is known for some of the best beaches on the island. Wailea has high-end resorts, 5-star restaurants, and The Shops of Wailea, which features island-style shops - designer brands. Maui is home to 14 golf courses (several of which are ranked at or near the top of the “world's best” lists) designed by noted course architects and golfing luminaries such as Arnold Palmer and Ben Crenshaw. The South Maui Beach Walk extends from Charley Young Beach to the north of Maui Kamaole and south to Wailea Point. It is a lovely 3-mile walk along the coast and easily accessed, just across the road from Maui Kamaole. Kamaole Beach III Park has a large, open lawn that is well-known as a perfect spot to watch Maui's stunning sunsets.
Getting around
Beaches, restaurants, shops, and activities are within walking distance. There is a South Maui Shuttle if you prefer to ride instead of walk or drive. The Maui bus and several taxi companies are also options. Several companies in Kihei offer car, moped, bike, and scooter rentals.

Very pleased with our stay. Unit was clean, modern and had everything we needed for a very enjoyable week. It has been nicely updated and is well stocked with all the essentials. Great proximity to the beach and some nice little eating spots. If we’re back in Kihei we would happily stay there again.

we stayed at Kamole Sands , building No 1, condo #306. location was perfect with lots of close by beaches and restaurants. Try he c Condo was very spacious. nicely decorated and spotless with everything we needed. it was nice to have a wall bed with a good mattress instead of a studio couch which are not comfortable. would definetly stay there again!

The location is stunning- Kamaole Sands is very well up kept. The grounds and landscaping is beautiful. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The condo was very clean and well maintained.

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed at. Period. Ever. It was newly remodeled and modern. It was clean, updated, provided basic and even more amenities. It had a big bedroom and living space and kitchen. Beautiful view from the patio including the grounds and partial ocean view. Close to the ocean and main entrance. Pool was private and had plenty of places to sit and umbrellas. Walkable to many local bars / restaurants. The host was proactive and provided clear instructions for check in and out, very up front about everything and there was no confusion. 100% would stay again or at any other Maui roost locations.

This stay was excellent. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The modern remodeled unit felt high-end and well maintained. The bed and showers were comfortable and relaxing. There was everything we needed and more. The Murphy bed in the unit, although not used this trip, was a nice touch. A very easy walk to the beaches and parks on S Kihei rd. The location is convenient to both Wailea and the triangle of Kihei. Walkable to a few restaurants, but just a bit too far to walk to the popular spots. We have stayed in a few units in the Kamaole Sands complex and this was one of the nicest units so far. We definitely will look for this unit first next trip!

This is our 2nd time staying here with Maui Roost. Since last time a few minor improvements - soap and shampoo in both showers, code door lock (vs key). Overall this place is awesome in all aspects and would highly recommend it. Maui Roost are very communicative and respond really fast.

Maui Roost went above and beyond. The property was great but the personalized service was great. The went above and beyond. We were celebrating a special wedding anniversary as well as commemorating a one year anniversary of a tragedy in our family. I wanted a bouquet of flowers for my wife. Julie recommended a florist and offered to pick them up and have at the unit on arrival. Went above and beyond what I expected.
