The perfect retreat for an individual or couple. Fully equipped kitchen, two a/c units, large lanai, in-unit laundry, HEPA air filter, free wi-fi, cable tv, 2 Beach chairs, 2 towels, umbrella, and free parking provided for your comfort and convenience.
A starter supply of soaps and paper products is provided. Guests are responsible for providing products for their stay after the initial supply is depleted.
If you want to stay close to the condo, there are two a/c units to help keep the condo cool. The kitchen provides all the tools needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. The large lanai has the perfect combination of sun/shade.
This complex is conveniently located to explore Kihei. Famous, white sand beaches, tasty restaurants, activities, and shops are all nearby. World-class golf courses are a short drive away. You have your choice of three pools on property, try them all! There are gas grills and 6 tennis courts for guest use. If you want to explore the area, venture just across the road to idyllic Charley Young Beach or Cove Park. The Cove is the place to take surfing lessons or watch others enjoying the waves. There's a park and plenty of restaurants and shopping in either direction. You can stroll along the scenic Wailea Beach Walk, down the coast to Wailea point. There are plenty of options to enjoy your vacation in Maui.
There is a maximum occupancy of 3 guests.
Minimum stay is 3 nights except for Peak Season (Dec 15-Jan 5) which has a minimum stay of 5 nights
Free, unassigned parking. A parking permit is given upon registration with the Maui Vista office. (Their Office hours M-F 8-4). If you arrive when the office is closed, please go to the Maui Vista Office located on the ground floor of building 1, use the phone outside the office to contact Security. Security can issue a temporary parking pass. Please register with the office on the next day the office is open.
Kihei is a very relaxed, diverse community. Many local residents live here. Condos offer the majority of vacation accommodations here. Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali.
If guests are content to stay in the Kihei area, there's no need to rent a car. There are shuttles available from the airport. Once here, Kihei has moped, bike rentals, and some local shuttle services as well as the Maui bus for $1-2.

A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, detergent is provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to replenish items for the remainder of your stay.
Quiet hours are 10 pm- 8 am.
No wet/damp items on furniture.
No sunscreen/lotion/self-tanner is allowed on furniture, linens, or towels.
No animals allowed in unit - can result in a fine or eviction.
No smoking in unit, or on lanai- $250 fine +$500 smoke removal treatment for the unit. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated smoking areas on the property

Great location as it is just across the street from the beach and is walkable to a few shops/plazas. The unit is tucked away in the back of the property making it fairly secluded from the rest of the buildings/units, which is nice. Our host was also very proactive and responsive as well. Damaged beach chairs were found early and they were immediately replaced for use throughout the remainder of our trip.

We loved staying at our Maui roost spot! We were walking distance to a beautiful beach and the condo was well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beachy things! Unfortunately our stay overlapped with the fires but we felt our hosts were there and easy to reach if we had questions or concerns. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we truly enjoyed our time on Maui and would love to stay again ◡̈

Due to a delayed flight we arrived very late at night, but the security guard met us at the entrance and registration was quick and easy. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. It very comfortable and spacious. The AC and ceiling fans cooled the unit very effectively. The pool was small but it didn't matter with so many beaches nearby. A great base to explore Maui from and relax after the day's adventures.

We recently stayed in unit 3121 and it was great. The condo was very clean and easy to find. It’s nice to have a keypad entry so you don’t have to worry about carrying a key. There were a few boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, umbrella and beach chairs to use (some provided by the condo and some left by previous guests.) The bed was comfy and we were happy with the shower. This unit is on the far end of the Maui Vista so there is a short walk to the road but otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and there is a beach right across the road. We had a fabulous time and felt this place was a great value!

Communication was great, checking in was easy. You have to register your car but the staff is really nice too. The place was bigger than expected. Very clean and quiet. They had enough towels for your stay, extra blankets and pillows. They had kitchen essentials which was great and things for you to take to the beach. They also had a pool which we loved. The beach was walking distant along with little shops and restaurants. Next time I go to Maui, I will stay with Maui Roost and i you should too. You won’t regret it.
