This renovated condo is a welcoming retreat. Comfortable furnishings and upgrades will make you feel at home. The living room offers a cozy couch, inviting recliner, large TV, A/C, and an enjoyable view. The remodeled kitchen has all the essentials for cooking & dining. The bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, ample storage, ceiling fan, and a desk. The bath has a shower/tub combo. Lanai seating w/garden & ocean view (in distance). Full-size washer & dryer. Free parking for one registered vehicle.
Conveniently located, famous, white sand beaches, tasty restaurants, activities, and shops are all nearby. World-class golf courses are a short drive away. You have your choice of 3 saltwater swimming pools on the property. There are 3 gas BBQ grills and 6 tennis & pickleball courts with equipment rental available. If you want to explore the area, venture just across the road to idyllic Charley Young Beach or Cove Park. The Cove is the place to take surfing lessons or watch others enjoying the waves. There's a park and plenty of restaurants and shopping in either direction. You can stroll along the scenic Wailea Beach Walk, down the coast to Wailea point. There are plenty of options to enjoy your vacation in Maui.
In the unit, there's complimentary wifi with speed capabilities of 261.7MBPs. A starter supply of soaps and paper products is provided. Guests are responsible for providing products for their stay after the initial supply is depleted.
Two beach chairs and two beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Check-in time is 4 PM Check out is 11 AM
If your flight arrives before noon, or your departure flight is later than noon, we suggest you purchase an additional day for your convenience.
The minimum required age is 25 for the primary renter.
We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.
Violation of Resort or House rules may result in fines and/or eviction from the property without refund.
Parking for one vehicle is provided. Must register with the Maui vista office to receive a parking permit. Beach, restaurants, shops, and activities are within walking distance.
Other things to note:
Please read through the condo book upon arrival, it has rules and regulations for the property.
A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent is provided for your convenience. It is your responsibility to replenish items for the remainder of your stay.
Quiet hours are 10 pm- 8 am.
No wet/damp items on furniture.
No sunscreen/lotion/self-tanner is allowed on furniture, linens, or towels.
No animals are allowed in the unit - this can result in a fine or eviction.
No smoking in the unit, or on the lanai- $250 fine +$500 smoke removal treatment for the unit. Smoking is allowed ONLY in designated smoking areas on the property

Neighborhood Description
Maui Vista is conveniently located in central Kihei. Beaches, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance.
Kihei is a very relaxed, diverse community. Many local residents live here. Condos offer the majority of vacation accommodations here. Large resorts and hotels are located in nearby Wailea and to the west in Lahaina and Ka'anapali.
Getting Around
If you're up for a pleasurable walk, most of your needs are close by. If you don't have a car, there are bikes and mopeds for rent nearby, Turtle Tracks an open-air shuttle service, Uber, and the Maui Bus.

The place at Maui Roost was clean and honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. I stayed for a over a week and I didn’t have any problems. It’s really close to good restaurants and food trucks. In my opinion the best food I’ve had in Maui was near by. But most of the fun activities are a drive. I’m from Los Angeles so a 30 minute or more drive is nothing to me. It was great views. I would say that the lock on the door was a little bit old fashioned. But it’s not a big deal, I figured it out. The place is very clean and it has all the amenities you would need for a stay in Maui, I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall a great stay for a week in Maui. Good location and everything you could want was included like beach chairs, snorkels, etc. As other reviews stated, it’d be great to have a second AC unit in the bedroom since its only in the living room but it wasn’t too bad with it on along with all the fans running. I’d def consider staying again the next time I come to Maui

The place was cozy and private. We loved how the instructions are so accurate. Additionally, the condo is super close to all the beaches in Kihei. There is a food Mart close by to buy groceries if you plan to cook. Perfect for a staycation or a vacation!
Looking forward to staying here on our next trip to Maui!

Place looks just like the pictures. Clear and easy instructions along with directions to get to the place. Full kitchen with all the appliances you need. Rice cooker, blender and even Tupperware. Has laundry soap and fabric softener sheets. We were greeted with a goody bag of local snacks and coffee. That was fun! Walking distance to the beach across the street with restaurants just a block away. The property has security patrolling the parking lot to scare away thieves. There is a screen door installed for letting the fresh air into the home. We came during January, so we could easily sleep with the bedroom windows open comfortably. The window ac unit was strong enough to cool off the whole place. The only thing I would add that I didn’t see in reviews is the shower. Pull up the shower head level BEFORE you turn the water on. That will help with the water pressure.

We stayed for 5 days and had a good time. The place is well stocked ( the kitchen has absolutely everything you’d need). Beach gear left by the previous rentals were absolutely useful. Didn’t have any problems with internet or the tv. Right across from a couple of beaches and food joints.

Great central location and value for our first trip to Maui! The condo was clean, comfortable and we really appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer. It was very hot in July, but the breeze that blows in with the windows open is very nice. We rarely used the AC. We checked in late on a weekend so our check in protocols were a bit different. We tried to get in touch with security using the phone provided, but no one responded. Luckily we ran into security in their golf cart in the parking lot the next afternoon and they were able to issue our parking pass no problem. Thankfully the vibe was very relaxed and friendly, but we were worried about being ticketed for a bit haha! There was a bunch of beach gear left by the owners and previous guests that was much appreciated! Communication with Maui Roost was quick and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay in Kihei. The unit is clean, and conveniently located near the beach and shops/restaurants. Parking is also easy if you have a car. A lot of beach gear is provided, which is really nice since it'll save you from bringing or renting your own. Overall highly recommend!
