The private lanai is perfect for morning breakfast or exceptional sunset views. This top-floor unit is located in Building D, away from S. Kihei Road. For your convenience, free: wi-fi, cable, in-unit laundry, two beach chairs, two beach towels, and assigned parking for one vehicle are provided. World-class golf, gourmet restaurants, and designer shops are a short drive to Wailea.
A sofa sleeper is available for up to two children under 10 years old.

The minimum required age is 25.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years old.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a very convenient location. There are several restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. Kihei is a relaxed and diverse, residential community. Condos are the major accommodations here. The larger resorts are located in Wailea to the south and the west side.
GETTING AROUND
If guests are content to stay in Kihei, there is no need to rent a car. There are shuttles and Uber from the airport. Once in Kihei, there are bicycle, moped, and car rentals as well as local shuttles and the Maui bus.

Spectacular views! Sunsets and whale watching from the lanai morning day and evening. The view is the best part of the condo for sure. The condo is very dated, but we felt the pro’s outweighed the cons from a location and view perspective, and there was good value for the price. Gavin proactively brought us two much needed new beach chairs, and returned with a couple of other things we hinted to as well…very nice! A cooler for the beach, and a couple of extra blankets would be a nice added touch for future guests. Pool and grilling area were cleaned very well daily. We enjoyed our stay.

Its a nice place and reasonably priced. The views from the lanai nd sunsets are great. The only issue and its not the fault of the owner is the constant noise from the roosters crowing that wakes you up at 5am. But this is expected on Maui and Kawaii.

Beautiful view and everything is advertised. Pool was great and right on the beach, close to most of the major attractions on kihei and great restaurants all around.
Beware the notice of no AC, however as the house gets very hot and there is only 2 medium fans so it can get uncomfortable.

The views from this condo were amazing, from the front looking at the mountain to the patio with panoramic views. The bed was comfortable and with the fan provided it was not too hot sleeping at night, the bedroom does have windows but they open up to the main walkway and at times other guest were not as quiet coming and going, but other than that it was great. The communication with me after booking, before my trip and while there was outstanding. I’d stay here again.

The condo its self was great. It’s definitely in an area that has lots of traffic, which I know is outside of their control most of the time. We were able to walk to most places, but when we did have to drive it was a bit of a challenge at times, but didn’t greatly take away from the experience. Highly recommend overall.

We really enjoyed our stay - is perfectly located close to everything we’d need (beach, restaurants, coffee, etc). Was winter, so A/C wasn’t needed, which we knew wasn’t an option from the listing. We’d definitely come back in the future.

Extremely communicative with clear instructions as well as multiple check ins to make sure everything was up to par, even offered a late checkout accommodation which was nice. Super easy to get in touch with ! The apartment itself could definitely use a few upgrades however, it completely matched the photos and description including the balcony which is the star of the show with the stunning ocean/landscape views. It was also stocked with everything we needed and the beach equipment provided was a life saver ! Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again in the future !
